Rooted in English wine, British cooking and a strong sense of home, it sits alongside The Winemakers’ Kitchen and the Cellar Door as one of three ways to experience Balfour across the estate. We're looking for our supervisors to:

• Really care about the people around them
• Be passionate about food & drink
• Maintain standards and knowledge to create exceptional guest experiences
• Get involved with bedrooms and events
• Create sales opportunities whenever they can

In this role we need someone with

• Previous experience in a premium hospitality business
• Excellent food & drink knowledge
• Good understanding of the importance of financial targets
• Their own transport to get to and from work
