We planted vines in Kent when English wine was still considered a gamble. We built a winery that welcomes tens of thousands of visitors a year. We believe English wine deserves confidence, ambition and a lot of personality.Entrepreneurial spirit and optimism run through everything we do. We back ourselves. We move quickly. We plant first. Now we’re looking for someone to bring that same energy to our ecommerce channel.
MAIN PURPOSE
This is a commercial, hands-on role responsible for driving online wine sales across Balfour’s direct-to-consumer channels.
The Ecommerce Manager will own performance across paid media (Meta, PPC, programmatic), website optimisation and marketing automation. You will be accountable for revenue growth, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost and repeat purchase.This is not a coordination role. It’s executional. You will build campaigns, optimise funnels, analyse data and make decisions. You’ll be goal-focused and commercially sharp. Our wines have stories. Your job is to make sure those stories convert.

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS
Experience in wine or luxury lifestyle brands is advantageous but not essential. Even if you don’t hit 100% of the brief, we still encourage you to apply. We value entrepreneurship and willingness to learn.
